Anyone installed a Savage action in to a Manner's stock?

I have a Model 11 that is centerfeed, 4.4" action screw spacing with the blind box magazine. I picked up a Manner's T with CDI bottom metal and looking to see if anyone has any experience with this combination.

I've use the Manners on a Remington action with no problem.

Surprisingly, Manner's recommends that you ship them the barreled action and they will install it.

Seems Manner's has been contending with customer thinking they have one configuration but actually having another, so they were dealing with returns of stocks...etc. Doesn't help matters that Savage has switched their short action configuration (staggerfeed vs centerfeed, different action screw spacings...etc).

If they recommend sending it in, I would without a doubt follow their advice.

I have a Model 16 barreled action that is heading their way for one of their T-5 stocks. Specs are right on the Model 11 barreled action for the MCS T stock, so theoretically it should work. More curious than anything but if it becomes an issue, off to Manner's it will go.
