I recently picked up a chest rig and am working on getting it filled. I've got a spare double magazine pouch on it that I'd like to utilize for an IFAK. I know about ITS Tactical's Tallboy but wanted to see if anyone knew of any other kits of that size that are preferably cheaper.

Dark angel medical?
Lol. That doesn't quite meet the cheaper preference. I may end up just purchasing a kit and repackaging it or piecing my own together.
Wasn't sure about prices while on my phone. :-)

No worries. DARK has some nice stuff but I have no need for an IFAK pouch at this point.
cav arm ptk fits. http://www.cavalryarms.com/cgi-bin/mivavm?/Merchant2/merchant.mvc+Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CA&Product_Code=PTKB&Category_Code=EMS1
I have one I've rigged up that fits a VOK based on this http://www.originalsoegear.com/medtray.html
I run an old kydex holster in my rig so I don't have to wear a battle belt to make use of an empty mag pouch.
You can swing by and check em out.

The ATS Low Pro insert (http://www.atstacticalgear.com/cgi/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=ST-11313#) is the original design and might be your ticket.
OSOE has a long history of coming out with products that are remarkably similar to their competion's stuff... right after the competition's product hits the market. I choose not to purchase from them.
Good point. I've also been told that osoe took payment on items they then refused to deliver. However osoe does know how to take pictures that illustrates the products uses which is why I chose to link it. Mine is made from scrap cloth and inner tube which you can do with scissors on your own for little cost.

Thanks for the links guys. Looks like the ATS insert is exactly what I need to start to piece together a kit.
