I'd hate to have to remove this from my pocket at the airport. ...

I paid 100 bucks for a case that charges my cell one extra charge. That thing has a stun gun built into it for free.

saw a test on that thing, real life it is useless, did not do anything to the test subject.

my wife carries a Cobra, 5.8 million volts, that thing is wicked

In theory that's a pretty tacticool case....in reality I don't see it getting the job done.

Oh, I'm sure the case itself doesn't provide enough of a charge but you could probably get the ordinary know-nothing burglar to shit himself over it. ;-)

Don't see it being effective when half the people I know leave the house with only 10% battery life in the morning.

Not so much. I purchased one for my wife, and decided it prudent to try it on myself first. It was full charged, and honestly, the worst part was talking myself into the trial.

Is it pleasant.....NO, but i seriously doubt that you could count on more than pissing off the "bad guy". Yes it might very well stop the "punk purse snatcher". but not someone serious about doing harm.

Just FWIW

From a business stand point, I kick myself for not thinking of this. How obvious. This guy is going to make a lot of money if he can market it right.

Until my phone case can throw minimum of a 9mm projectile at super sonic speeds, I will stick to plain old leather case for phone protection and Glock 19 for self protection.
