Boycott them for this reason:

WORST SANDWICH IN AMERICA
Quizno’s Tuna Melt, large
1,760 calories
133 g fat (25 g saturated, 1.5 g trans)
92 g carbs
2,120 mg sodium

Why would you want to boycott a restaurant chain for moving to food that has been more humanely treated? Just because they mentioned PETA? Personally I think we should respect the animals that we eat, and more power to them for agreeing with me.

Chipotle does this too, which I really like since Chipotle is my favorite lunch joint.

I have no issue with this. I think it is a good policy. Have you seen some of those videos with KFC plants? I like to eat animals but they do not need to be mistreated!

The issue is the humane treatment of animals (which is an ironic concept altogether), the issue is that PETA are known supporters of terrorists. PETA is a TERRIBLE organization and should be wiped off the face of the planet.

Yeah, I been protesting them over crappy tasting sandwiches for years... The peta thing is just a waste of time and energy.. peta didn't stop me from eating dead pig last night,,and they aren't going to stop me from eating "water kittens" or whatever the hell they want to call fish, tonight..

peta is a small blip on my radar.. Granted they can have a loud voice, due mainly to the fact of their over the top street theatre.. Outside of the pandering corperation every now and then,, They really have no effect on my life.. Well except hurting myself now and then, falling out of the chair, laughing at their latest stupid trick..

That is all Quiznos is doing, Pandering,, They can say anything they like out in pubic.. When it comes down to it, they will do whatever is best for the bottom line..

Even at that, it is a small fraction of peta supporters.. And as long as they a delt with as harshly as the law allows,, I have no problem with them..

That said if one day one of them throws blood or some like substance on my leather coat,, whomever will be heading to the hospital..

Quizno's are overpriced anyway... I spend at least $12 each time I go.. That should buy me a good course dinner.

Cheap Bastard.

their latest protest methods are interesting & entertaining, at least.. but they won't get me to stop eating tasty animals...

Quiznos is disgusting to me. It sits like a brick in my gut. I have been boycotting them for years.

Quiznos has always been too expensive for what they offer in my opinion. I was looking forward to trying their new $4 thing they've been advertising. I think I'll just specify that I'd like my sandwich made from meats from poorly treated animals.

I'm sure some of you've heard this, and I had to post it:

People for the Eating of Tasty Animals

I'm done now.

you are still eating animals. PETA wants you to eat no animals and live on broccoli and cabbage. I say let the fuckers have it and throw on an extra serving of juicy beef on my samich![Flower]

So Quizno's cares what PETA members think because . . .

the company thinks they'll eat more of their tasty meat subs? [Dinner]

Dunno, smells like appeasement to me. Appeasement never works. PETA will want more concessions, and Quizno's has shown it will roll over.

No, PETA will have to pry my bologna sandwich from my-- you know the rest.

(What is Greek for "Come and take my delicious sandwich!")
