I am a complete spaz when it comes to this, these are my current setups but I have sold many in the past. At least I am down to one caliber.

It all depends in what I'm wearing that day...

Pretty much same as previous responses. Three different setups depending on season, location and activity.
Sent from my electronic ball and chain.
I only own one which keeps the matter of choosing fairly simple.
OP, how difficult is it for you to draw and have sights on target, quickly, with 4 different guns? Well three different guns since it looks like 2 Glocks.
I know that my Kel-tec points differently than my M&P.
Normally I carry my glock 30 but sometimes I'll pack the wife's lil pocket 380 if I'm going somewhere like chunky cheese where I'll be climbing around with my daughter and I don't want my big gun hanging out
I used to be that way too, but have since just decided to be a master of my G19 instead of changing it up all the time because of what I'm wearing, where I'm going, etc.... I used to have 4 or 5 different options and felt like a tool because of it, not to mention the variation in sights, sight alignment, ergonomics, trigger press, length of draw, carry position, etc.... just a bad idea all around.

I've carried three different guns in 7 years. I've got it down to one gun and one holster.

I only switch between two calibers. 9mm (in this order; 26, 19, and rarely a 17) and a Ruger LCR in 357 for pocket carry. All I have is one IWB for the glocks and one pocket holster for the LCR. KISS and muscle memory.

Definitely a concern as they do point different. The Glock 19 and 26 are basically the same, and the PPS is very similar. Honestly the PF9 is quite different and I rarely carry it. Its basically my summer jogging gun just because of the size. I had a P3AT for a while but it just wasn't reliable so I got rid of it.
I don't really switch up that much, these were all just setups that I tried out. I mainly just stick with the 26 these days. I thought the Walther PPS was going to be the ideal carry gun, but I never found a holster that I really liked, plus it is nice to have a few extra rounds in the Glock.
I have velcro on my holster so I can carry it with all my different belts and not worry about changing clips. It allows me to put it on the same way no matter the outfit. I also jog with the Kel-tec in a belly band. I dread ever having to have to use it though.

Seems like you're almost there... in another few months (or days?) you'll come to the same conclusion so many of us, including myself, came to.... that is: just carry a Glock and be done with it... [Flower]
Well Carl, it depends on whether I'm wearing slack and a tie or jeans and a tshirt, before or after labor day. Sorry, couldn't help it.

I only carry one, it depends on what I'm shooting at the time. I carry a Glock 39 now because I'm on a 45 gap kick.

How Often Do You Change Your Carry Setup?
About as often as most women change their purse. I have three pistols in the current rotation: SIG P250 sub compact, P229, and Glock 22, all shooting 125 gr Speer GDHP in .357 SIG. The P250 shoots a bit low, but I have shot all three often enough that each of them as become very natural to shoot.
It is nice being able to swap the barrel and shoot my .40 S&W reloads out of any one of the three pistols. I think I have the reloads just about dialed in to feel similar to my carry ammunition.

I carry the same gun in the same set-up every day. It helps that I only have one carry gun and one holster, so I don't have to worry about too much.
