Because I had quite a few ask about it, I have found a place for a Non-LEO GSW Treatment Class. This class will include the Tactical Combat Casualty Care Guidelines for Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, Human Factors and some High Threat Extraction (Drags and Carries). There will be hands on training with Tourniquets, Hemostatic Agents, and Wound Packing. If you are interested please PM as I do not have a registration site up yet for this training. Include your name and email. I will put your name on the roster to hold the spot. Once my IT guy gets back in town, I will put a registration site up and have you register and pay. This class will be limited to 16 people. If there is enough interest I will try to get some better days and times (weekends and evenings). The first two classes are shown below. Any questions let me know. Thanks

Location: Gander Mountain - Thornton (104th and Grant)
Date: May 4, 2009
Time: 1200-1600
Cost: $65

I do not have any scheduled. I had no response for the first few. I am also busy working for the .gov and just have not had the opportunity to schedule any. If I can get at least 10 interested I can schedule a class. I think I have 2 emails in the past week from her and AR-15.com, but if you are interested PM or email me. Thanks

I am interested in attending if you plan to have anymore. (Already sent an email)

Where I go hunting and shooting it seems like this would be very benificial considering that help could be 20+ min away.

I talked to a couple of other people that aren't members of this forum. I have 1 more that would come for sure, and 1 that may come depending on the day.

Alright here are some times. These will be held at Gander Mountain in Thornton (9923 Grant Street).

Friday July 10th - 1300-1700

Wednesday July 22nd - 1630-2030

Sorry for the days but they have no weekend spots open. If you would like to come the cost will be $50 cash or check day of class. Please PM if you plan on attending so I can control the size of the class.

If anyone has the space to do this course and would like to host it, I will make some deals for the host - PM if you are interested.

Thanks

Still have some spots open for next Wednesday the 22nd. For those signed up if you have a blow out kit (BOK) or first aid kit be sure to bring it. Also I will have items for you to order including Combat Gauze, Combat Application Tourniquets, and other penetrating trauma supplies for your BOK's. Thanks and I will see you on the 22nd.

Shoot me an email. Tell me what is needed to host a class. Then tell me what parts of the state a class can be run in. And I'll work on it.
