Hello gang, I was wondering if there is anyone locally (Springs/Pueblo) that can do a few repairs on an RPK.
First thing I need is some welding of the receiver near the pistol grip and under the rear tang where it is bent. I was fitting a stock and gave the stock a couple of hits with a dead blow hammer and noticed the metal split about an inch. Just want it welded.
Next would be to have the barrel pin removed and replaced. The original pin was not set properly and is not flush on the right side by 1/4th of an inch.
Any help in the right direction would be great.
If I gotta head north to Denver area then I will do it
Pics can be sent.
Thanks.

Flat punch and ball peen hammer will resolve the BBL/trunnion pin. The pins in trunnions i have [seen] protrude out both sides, or one of them.

Barrel pins aren't flush on stamped guns only on milled press and pin guns (more or less) just center the pin if you can so it hangs out equally on both sides if you can
