Morning all. Quick questions for all you seasoned AR enthusiasts. I am still in the research stage before my first build from an 80% lower. My question is on full rifle kits (minus the lower) Where is a good decent quality place to buy the full kit? I have looked on PSA but they are sold out. A friend told me to check out Del Ton but all I see is a 1:9 barrel. Is a 1:7 vs a 1:9 barrel going to be a terribly noticeable difference?

Thanks!

Del-Ton makes good quality stuff. Their barrels are from Wilson, who makes barrels for JP, WOA, and several others. If you plan on shooting 75s and 77s, you will want a 1:8 or a 1:7. However, the 1:9 Del-Tons shoot the 68/69 grains fine.

JSE also sells Wilson barrels BTW.

Ok cool, I thought you needed or wanted more twists the heavier the bullet?
