View Full Version : Dillon factory
Was in PHX this weekend for one of the kids soccer tournament. Took the opportunity to visit the Dillon factory since I want to get into reloading.
Class company. The guy there took quite a bit of time with me answering questions and letting me take the machines for a run. I am sold on the 550B when I get the money.
Great people down there. I swing by there a couple times a year to say hello to friends. I also shoot with Team Dillon a couple times a year. Fun times. I always leave the range smiling.
I think that the 550B is the best out there and is a great choice. I love mine and would not trade it for anything. It is good to know that the company is so good to its customers face to face as well.

I stopped by the Dillon world headquarters a few weeks ago when I was in Scottsdale. I didn't even realize I was in the neighborhood until I happened to drive right by the building. A quick decision to substitute McDonald's drive-thru for a real lunch freed up enough time for a quick visit. They were very nice and almost begged me to take the tour. Unfortunately, I didn't have quite that much spare time so I had to pass.
I described a minor hitch in the way my 650 was running and they were able to diagnose it on the spot. Very nice folks. It was pretty cool to see all the blue machines just sitting there waiting to be fondled!
My Mom goes to Mesa for the winter so maybe next time I'm in town, I'll encourage her to go play cards or dominos or whatever she normally does when I'm not in town and I'll borrow her car for a quick trip to Scottsdale! :-) I'd love to take the tour.
