This has been going on for a few months now, and the "Site Administrator" has not responded or corrected the issue.

Every time I try to come to the site from my home network I get the following screen,

41095

3 times I have followed the link (click here) and submitted a request cor corrective action and nothing.

A little help here? Please

Can you provide us your home IP address? We will need to know what it is to lift the IP ban. You can get this at http://www.whatismyip.com

Did you have a different name, being a dick on the site, trolling, etc?

I'm sure someone will help as soon as you provide the IP so they can look it up.

An interesting problem for site administrators.

Some (a few) of us have static IP addresses.
Most have some kind of DHCP/dynamic addressing, where someone could get dinged for the behavior of someone else previously assigned that address. A common remedy used in mail greylisting is to have a database of banned addresses and the timestamp of banning. With this capability, bans kind of automagically expire and the address deleted from the "bad" list. Most site software (no experience with this one) doesn't have this capability, which is intended to deal specifically with the pooled address problem.
And finally, with awareness of pervasive monitoring growing, more and more users are piling onto tor (https://www.torproject.org/) -- and some of those users definitely use it to enable asshole behavior, and consequently tor exit nodes start getting onto the block lists, shutting off piles of users.

I don't recall if this site allows unauthenticated access. If the records show abuse from an IP address as an authenticated user, I'm not sure the OP has a leg to stand on.

Well, for whatever reason today I did not get the nastygram when I opened up the page.

Either I was one of the "dropped off the list" at the allotted time, or admin did something.

So, for now, problem fixed.
