What are all your favorite OWB holster options? It will be used for the gun in the picture a para carry elite 1911. And used for both open/range carry and occasional CCW. I already have a pocket holster and IWB. I have always used Blackhawk Serpa holsters but looking at my options.

kydex made by "coloradoholsters.com" in Ft. Collins. Quality is outstanding, and the price is just right. I carry a Sig Tac-Ops 1911 carry comfortably everyday with one. Fits tight to the body, looks good and can be converted to IWB within minutes. Awesome holster.

Check out sweetwater saddlery. He is in bailey and hand makes all of his holsters. I just picked one up for my Springfield 1911 and it is one of the most comfortable holsters to wear all day. It will cost more than a serpa or black hawk but well worth it. http://www.sweetwatersaddlery.com/productlist.html

I've used all kinds of OWB holsters and seem to always find the cheap fobus holsters to work extremely well. Easy to conceal because it sits close to your body, easy to pull and light weight.
