All of a sudden I am seeing a lot of CZ out there. People having them and people wanting them. I know a little about them but not much. What's the deal with these guns?

I very much want a RAMI. I'm looking at sub-compacts, but for size and round I keep going back to Glock 33 since it is a shorter grip and lighter. CZ makes incredible pistols, but many complain the trigger is gritty. Easily fixed with some polishing of course.

I really want one of their full size 9mm

I have a magnum research imported cz75, it has the best trigger I have ever felt ;) though they did trigger jobs on the ones they imported. Often people complain about the trigger but it seems it's almost always models with the decocker fcg you can switch them between da/bd and da/sa but it takes different parts. The p09 and I believe the p07 come with both sets standard. I have never shot a 9mm out of the box as accurate as a cz75. I'm hoping to get a 9mm p09 tactical in FDE that should come out this summer

With a cz75 if it's a new pistol and you do a trigger job you want to get it to almost there as it will break in the rest of the way otherwise you might make your trigger lighter than you intended.

Browning design, one of the most under rated firearms on the market. they have been out along time, just takes looking for something different to notice them. The EAA witness is a CZ / browning, copy. They are old world manufactures who produce a reliable, stout hand gun

I would agree, the most accurate out of the box pistol I own. Still have the beasty and it shoots better than I do.
Another fine pistol they make is the P-01, all metal construction and accurate as hell.
You better get one before the prices start shooting up! ;-)

I had one. One of the more accurate pistols I have ever shot. Feels great in the hand as well. Very under rated.

I actually saw these for the first time about 11 years ago when I was in the Army and a guy gave me a run down on them. I hadn't really heard about them until a buddy of mine got into shotguns and ordered two over and unders, which I really liked. I would really like to get into a CZ, but as far as the polymer frames go I figure I'll probably stick to Glock. I like an all steel pistol. Something in 9mm, with DA/SA option and Decocker. I looked at CZ's website a little but wanna know what you guys think about that? Fill me in.

Im not a huge fan of decockers personally but from what you say you're looking for a cz75 is a perfect fit. Sp-01's are pretty nice, also Ive heard good things about the new omega trigger cz is using but I don't know first hand.

I shot a bowling pin off hand at around 40-50 yards with my CZ-75B.

Sounds like a crappy gun, better give it to me before it rusts. ;):D

The funny thing is I find wolf 9mm more accurate out of my cz than win white box though the best accuracy was with handloads from a friend

I have a CZ SP-01 that I use for 3 gun. It fits my hand better than any other gun I have shot. Its by far my favorite pistol.

Can anyone recommend any CZ dealers in the Denver-Boulder area? I'm moving from a restricted state and have been patiently waiting until the move is completed before I purchase a new pistol. Not worth jumping through the hoops to buy it here.

I love my CZ 75B. Great gun for accuracy, feel, fit, finish and price.

I have owned a CZ PO7 and a CZ PO1 .... as good as anything I ever owned. The PO7 is just as solid or more than my G19. I think the ergos are better actually. I carry a Glock because of agency requirements, if I could I would carry a PO7. Check out Mike Pannones review and experience with the PO7 and PO9. This guy is the real deal and he swears by them ....

5280 Armory in Arvada had a large selection on hand the last time I was in there.

Jensens in loveland. Best bet is to call around, once you're settled in.

I'm interested in the CZ P-07 9mm. If I do some searching, looks like I could possibly pick one up for less than $500. Seems like a good deal. Hoping to test drive one next weekend. If it handles and shoots as well as my wife's HK P30, it's coming home with me.

CZ-USA sells 15 round magazines for the '07's and 75's on their website. They are kinda pricey. I think they are made by MegGar. I couldn't find them listed anywhere else.

Just call CZ USA in Kansas City and order, I have always had good luck doing it that way for magazines, springs, parts, etc.

There is a guy named Justin that is good.
Give it a try as it can't hurt, got lots of parts for my P-01 from them a while back.

Go MecGear as they are the same manufacturer and half the price.
