I want to know if it's pot tax or my tax dollars paying for that campaign?

I know there was $85mil earmarked for some program uses, but also thought I heard the popo complaining about not getting enough of those dollars to offset the enforcement needs.

Saw the stats from the State Patrol. 61 DUI arrests (YTD I think), 31 of those were for Pot.
