Once again Sheila "Everything is Racist" Jackson Lee has proved (yet again) that you don't have to even have double digit IQ to be in Congress, single digit is just fine. Her laundry list of stupidity just goes on and on... Such as: 2003, she said that hurricane names are racist and top "lily white." She suggested hurricanes Keisha, Jamal and Deshawn. 2010, at an NAACP meeting she called the Tea Party a bunch of Racists but forgot the word for sheets so she just said "uh, clothing with a name." Again in 2010, she said there are "two Vietnams, living side by side, north and south." February 2011 she called a Pepsi commercial racist while speaking on the house floor. And what relevance does this have with today? Good question! Here's her latest moment of startling mental ability from yesterday:
“Maybe I should offer a good thanks to the distinguished members of the majority, the Republicans, my chairman and others, for giving us an opportunity to have a deliberative constitutional discussion that reinforces the sanctity of this nation and how well it is that we have lasted some 400 years, operating under a constitution that clearly defines what is constitutional and what is not.”

Really? The Constitution was ratified in 1614? This dumb bitch barely even knows what the Constitution is, much less how old it is. Then again, the racist moron did say this:
