Report: Govt Didn’t Release Bin Laden Photos Because SEALS Pumped ‘Magazines’ of Ammo Into Body

March 13, 2014 By Greg Campbell
SEAL 6

After years of searching for Al Qaeda terrorist Osama Bin Laden, American forces finally caught up to the heinous terrorist in a compound in Pakistan on May 2nd, 2011 and killed the Al Qaeda leader. Patriotic Americans rejoiced, but the enthusiasm was somewhat muted when the Obama Administration refused to release photos of the killed leader.

Though so-called leaders alleged that Americans did not need to see the man who inflicted so much pain on this nation, a new report has emerged that alleges that the real reason that the Obama Administration has refused to release the photos is because SEAL Team members pumped magazines-full of rounds into the dying terrorist’s body.

According to SOFREP, a military-oriented news site, Matt Bissonnette, one of the SEAL Team Six members on the raid, has claimed that the dying terrorist leader was twitching in his final moments and SEAL Team members pumped a few rounds into Bin Laden.

But SOFREP says that other sources have relayed to them that that is a dramatic understatement, that SEAL Team Six members pumped, at bare minimum, at least 100 rounds into Bin Laden’s body.

SOFREP reports, “[O]perator after operator took turns dumping magazines-worth of ammunition into Bin Laden’s body, two confidential sources within the community have told us.”

The report condemned the SEAL’s actions, however, calling the number of rounds fired “pure-self-indulgence” on the part of those on the raid.

American forces have long been criticized over the last decade for their willingness to go beyond what is considered textbook engagements with the enemy. However, the call for a gentler, softer military has been confronted with a reality that all but prohibits such extraordinary restraint.

Whether one feels that the number of bullet wounds afforded the world’s most-sought terrorist was appropriate, the simple fact remains that if ever there was a man so deserving of gruesome disrespect, it was Osama Bin Laden.

Let us not lose focus on the issue; Osama Bin Laden is dead and he was killed by brave men who risked life and limb to orchestrate an incursion in a country where we had no authorization to enter- all to track down and kill a man who escaped justice for his role in the deaths of thousands of Americans.

So, perhaps we should forgive them for not having afforded Bin Laden’s corpse a dignity afforded to common enemies on a battlefield…

I would have done the same, maybe even took a leak on him and stuffed some bacon in his mouth. Piece of fucking shit.

Eh, they should have pissed in his mouth then packed him full of bacon before dragging him out of there.

Sorry, I think the operators would have more discipline than this. Regular grunts yes, but not professionals.
This is what, the 4th or 5th spin on why they did not publish photos of him?
Ain't buying what they are selling.

Should have been 2,977 rounds. 1 of each 9/11 victim.

It's no secret and been out for a while. UBL was stitched up pretty bad. I have friends in 3/75 who transported his body and they said the same. I can't comment on what I would have done as I was not in their shoes at that moment. Emotions were definitely running high on Geronimno and I can see how it would be easy to "confirm he was dead." Remember, the guys on that mission, and every other mission are just humans.

Whatever happened or didn't happen on that raid, I think the real reason photos of the body were never released was to avoid a major Muslim uprising in retaliation.

Besides, I like to think we are a more civilized society. I wouldn't really want to see the photos anyways.

Frankly, I think the SEALs should be severely disciplined for unprofessional conduct. Personally I'd give them a very hard slap on the wrist and only buy them 1 beer each...on the first round.

Still not buying it.
They were in a hostile situation with a chopper down. They had to have an idea that they could easily have a substantial amount of bad guys come down on them any time. Why would you burn up ammo on somebody already croaked when you may very well have to croak more guys? Plus they were snagging as much intel such as his pron tapes and computers and such.
I still think they are more polished professionals than that.

Yet you believe everything you see in a movie??? There were several helos, agencies, and other mil groups there. Lots of professionals who just had the equilivent of winning the Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, World Series, and an Olympic gold all at once.

This is total bullshit, this did not happen. This is the liberal press doing this crap. This did not happen!!! Another way to kiss the ass of the Islamists. We are going to get our asses in a sling if they(the liberal press) keep telling us how we need to embrace Islam. We are kissing the ass of Satan by always saying they are peaceful, they HATE us!!! They would slit our throats in a second.

I call BS for a variety of reasons. I'll believe a few rounds to make damned sure but don't believe anything like a mag dump for a minute.

Me either Bert. My take on it is that it's all BS. Not trying discredit/disrespect our troops by any means, but Osama was on dialysis for kidney issues and moving around A LOT to avoid being captured/killed by forces that were hunting him like a prize trophy deer. My guess is he's been dead a long time and I find it rather convenient timing that Obamajama claimed responsibility for aiding in the location and killing of Osama Bin Laden. On another note, I was in the middle east when Sadaam Hussein's boys were killed. Their bodies were pretty beat up and they still showed their dead corpses all over the news like a hunter that just bagged a prize buck. They even showed the gold plated brace in one of their legs proving it was in fact them who was killed. You're not going to convince me that the man allegedly responsible for the worst terrorist attack on American soil was killed by U.S. forces, then just conveniently "dumped at sea" because his body was too riddled full of holes. That is one time the American people would've cheered and clapped to see that dead POS's dead, bullet riddled corpse on their television. To me, every person who lost someone on 9/11 deserved that closure. Call me a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist all you want, but everything about the "killing of Osama Bin Laden" smells rotten.

Good for them. 3-1/3 magazine's worth of ammunition pales in comparison to flying jetliners into skyscrapers in order to kill noncombatants.

Once upon a time it was common practice for every member of the team/squad/platoon that made entry to "dead check" any bad guys that they moved past in the course of clearing the structure. Bodies with 40-50 bullets in them weren't at all uncommon. Once upon a time..

+1.

I also think there is another factor that everyone is missing: how many people were watching this op go down. Even if this photo is staged, those gentlemen had lot's of eyes over their shoulders...

Mick you have a valid point; but given OBL's "reported" location at the top bedroom, I don't see the amount of rounds expended stated in this article being realistic. The son/wife, or whoever they were, on the lower level; possibly.
