I ordered 5k of those 223 before they removed the link. They are 2 weeks turn-around..I ll let you know how they are.

brown bear is ok. Just scrub your barrel afterward.

So would Brown Bear be comparable with Wolf?

Both barnaul and wolf are not corrosive anymore supposedly. Some like barnaul better than wolf black boxes. I shot both, but don't think I shot enough of them to make any good judgment. I never had any issues with them.

As precaution, make sure the bear ammo is 2006 production or newer (manufactured by Barnaul), and as far as wolf, stick w/ military classic.

Do search at arfcom.. They are endless discussions on imported ammos.

I just blasted through a case of BB JHP's that I picked up from Jensen for $149 per 500 ($158 w/ tax) without a problem, good cheap fun imo. If somebody really wants to try em out I can sell one for an even $160 ($2 travel to Lovland fee :D - these are varmint shredding jhp's)
