I skimmed through the bill a few days ago when Randy Baumgardner said "Democrats in the Senate just passed SB-158 which disregards the Constitution and disenfranchises military voters". One of the things that got my attention is it appears they are trying to change our constitution without a public vote. We already saw that the recall process works so why try to change it? I know the dems are upset that their modernized voter fraud act did not apply in the recall but if i remember right that was because of Hickenlooper's actions. Something is fishy here.

I don't think it is fishy. Dems are pretty open about taking any power or right we might use to oppose their actions and policies.

They know some will drink the koolaid, some are low info and clueless, soon the "some" that would oppose them is an ineffectual minority.
