View Full Version : Need a good surveyor, Clear Creek County
I have a parcel of land that I need corners marked on. The parcel immediately to the south was sold recently, and i want to make sure where the property lines are before they start to develop it.
Thanks, Jim [Beer]

I hired a gentleman named Greg Markle to mark the corners of a mining claim in Clear Creek County, back in 2007. He hiked some pretty nasty terrain and found all the original corner markers. If memory serves, he actually works as the county surveyor, and moonlights doing private jobs. I don't have his personal contact number anymore, but here is the link to the county webpage:

My neighbor Chris s a surveyor. He's a god guy and I've done some work with him. He lives in Gilpin I'm sure he does Clear Creek as well.

if it matters they will have to provide a survey to the county prior to bulding anything next to you
as side note if you wanted to be a good neighbor you might share his cost if he would provide you a copy so you have the information on the common line boundary in question
