so I picked up a ads 45 late last year. when I got it home it wouldn't even chamber a round the extracter pin would hit the rim and bend the case, well I called them and had to ship it back and they fixed it. got it back and put 100 rds down range well then came the recall so I sent it in again and waited for ever to get it back well i got it back finally and notice now that I can't extract a live round out of the chamber it gets stuck on the slide, so I call them today and now I have to ship it back to them again to " get the extracter pin tuned" I am pretty much fed up with the thing at this point so is there any thing out there like a firearm lemon law or something or is there a chance of bitching enough to get a new one or refunded
Its a story like this that makes me think long and hard about another Springfield. I've had 4 XD 45s and all of them were great. stiill have an older tactical length that is un flappable. The later stuff id giving them a bit of a bad name. Seems a good dealer might be able to go to bat foe you. Or trade it off.

thats the thing I wouldn't feel right pawning it off on someone. If money was nothing I would just throw it in the garbage, but I will probably just toss it in the back of the safe. Sucks cause it feels like it would be a great carry gun
Did you have the mag in or out? Mine kinda did the same thing with no mag in it.

Don't get me wrong, You'd have to tell them. I'd just be them dinking with Springfield. The newer XDs have had quite a few issues lately. Seems they may have a wait.
