Copy the youtube link. Put the word "VIDEO" inside of brackets ( [ ] ) in front of it and "/VIDEO" inside brackets after it. Hope that makes sense. I'm not very tech savy.

In the reply box, there is a film strip icon, it is second from the right of all icons for me. Click that, then paste the full URL to your youtube video and it will embed.
