PRIVATE MESSAGE email notification?

Anyone else notice email notifications are now not working for Private Messages?

I noticed it this morning.

I have had a dozen or more PM's and not one notification to my email as I used to get.

I use to receive them hours late, but now that you mentioned it I haven't seen one since 3/6

Think I might have fixed it... testing now. If it works, some of you may be receiving OLD notices that were in the backlog.

We are aware of the problem, and have in-fact identified the issue and know how to fix, unfortunately it isn't a quick fix. Yahoo just added a bunch of domain validation to all of their email accounts, and because we are using a yahoo email for our site contact email, and sending mail form this server it is now getting rejected just about everywhere (not not 100% everywhere). So we have to migrate our contact email to an address on our domain, which will take just a little while to set up.

Same here. I checked my settings and everything seems ok. A couple weeks ago I bought some (CO legal) mags from a member here and I wasn't getting any notices when he sent PM's to me.

No ETA. J is slammed with his real job and will get it when he gets some time. Unfortunately, it's not a quick fix so he'll need some actual time to dedicate to it.

Nope, that one was apparently a fluke (and also hit my spam folder) because I haven't received any others since.

Cool. Had to setup mail for the @ar-15co domain. Yahoo put in a bunch of DKIM and mail validation so that our emails go blocked since they used to come from an @yahoo.com email address.

It should be mentioned that the only two notification emails I've received keep getting flagged as spam by Gmail even though I've told it it's not spam. I haven't yet created a filter to prevent this but thought you should know that whatever you chose to use is defaulting to spam by popular spam filters.
