so if the pepper's oils were rubbed all over the playground equipment, they found "pieces" if you were to take the cut peppers and rub the oils on the slide and the monkey bars so the kids get it on their hands then rub their eyes or face I could see it causing a reaction.

I am not so worrried about the wussification as i am to why someone would place items like these in a playground, last week i read a story about a playground that was boobie trapped with razor blades
