This client tells people they don't have to do the job if they don't understand it. So I have to put every single minute detail in writing with pictures and arrows to show them how to do it.

Its actually an almost entirely cash business which makes counting money at the end of the day really fun.

My first job at a grocery store... the screen would tell you exactly what to give for change because the idiots running the cash register couldn't figure out how to add up 49 cents.

Reminds me of this incident.

I actually provided support to begin with. I sat with each person individually and showed them how to get to the website, how to log in, where to go to type in the credit card information, how to print a receipt, and how to get a report at the end of the day - but they didn't use it for a couple days so they forgot how to type in 16 god damn digits.

Apparently no one here has ever shopped on fucking Amazon before.
