As of 12:30, we have exactly squat on the ground here(Aurora) in the latest overhyped OMG snowpacalypse. Have you guys seen any significant snow, or is this yet another failure by the weather guessers to look out the f**king window?

We have a little bit on the ground and it is still coming down lightly up here, light coat this morning and some light rain, then light snow.

Been snowing all morning, ground is so warm nothing has stuck yet. They said as much as 5" on the plains to as much as 10" in the foothills. Supposed to go all night. There is still time I suppose. Needs to start sticking first.

If it actually did something to make a difference moisture wise, i'll be surprised. The pavement is dry in some spots.

No flakes (snow flakes that is) down here in Trinidad. Temps right at +37 and a really fine mist mixed with some fog. Tuesday it's a drive to Albuquerque for me, so I sure hope the roads are clear, especially over Raton Pass. Also hope for a non windy day as the big ole DAV van is a bitch in cross winds.

While I'm also in Aurora, I'm in the S/E part.. and its more frozen rain and very light.. basically melting when it hits.. a tiny bit of it collecting in-between the rocks in my back yard.. Definitely a dud so far...

You non believes. You question those who without a doubt have proven that man is causing irreversible climate change how could they be wrong about a 24 hour weather report.

Light rain and some snow in Parker

It's still sputtering here. The grass has a hint of white and roads are just wet. If it's gonna do anything, rest assured it will happen just before everybody needs to leave for work in the AM.

As far as snow, for a short bit I was outside getting my trailer and what looked like dippin dots ice cream was coming down. I grabbed a pinch full and tried it but it was just snow....

But seriously, I was looking forward to a good hit of a snowstorm.

I think it's pretty impressive that they can predict the weather with the accuracy that they do.

I had to google weather rock. Maybe I should get one of those.

May want to give that some time. It just spit on and off most of the day. coming down hard and an inch in the last 30 min. Have no idea how long it will last but the snow tires are still on the car. [Flower]

I was actually toying with swapping out the snows for summer tires last week. Good thing I was too lazy.

It's coming down pretty good in Black Forest right now. Starting to accumulate on the ground. Don't see getting the predicted 5-10" though unless it goes all night.

Yet somehow I am supposed to buy that they can accurately predict what the weather/temperature of the world will be 10...20...50 years in the future.

I was up with a group of Boy Scouts at Curt Gowdy camping out over the weekend. Even at 8k feet we only got about 4" of snow. It did get down to 19F, which gave most of the Scouts 105 frost points for the year, enough for the special frost point badge.

Judging by the snow on the deck railing, I'd say we got about 8" up here. It's still coming down very lightly. No big whoop. Roads were pretty crappy earlier though. Be safe.

I'm glad this was just a phantom snow storm. That means the 10" of phantom snow on the deck isn't real and doesn't need to be shoveled.

I-70 from Silverthorne to Denver was a nightmare last night. Truck flipped over facing West on the East Bound side near the tunnel, then the closer you got to Denver the worse it was trying to see the road. Thank god for Quattro and Blizzaks.

I had to tow my motorcycles on a trailer from Arvada to C-springs yesterday. They were icicles by the time I made it. At least it wasn't doing this when I moved all of the furniture on Friday and Saturday!

Had dinner with some friends in Parker last night. On the way home on I-25, saw two wrecked late model Mustangs on the side of the road. On the way up, multiple spun out vehicles around 6pm, and lots of cops out too.
