So I got a letter from the wonderful ATF that I made a mistake.. oops. My bad. I somehow moved info from one box to the next.

It states on the letter all I need to do is cross out the mistake, correct it, and initial/date it.

Anyone ever had that oops? I think it looks like crap.. and I would rather correct it and print it out/sign w/ current date..

Good news is.. I should get it back shortly after sending it in.. If no one knows I'll just call them in the morning. I have the letter waiting with both corrected and new printed copies to go out.

they might accept the new one. However they have a copy of the one that needs correcting on hand. Either way , you're this much closer to another stamp.

I'd comply with the error one-lined and dated as they requested. Shouldn't be a big deal, they've seen this before.

I put my photo in the wrong location the first time. (In the gray area) ATF said nothing, but still got bounced back due to invalid LEO sign off.

Why was it invalid? Not a recognized LEO or wrong jurisdiction?

I did a form individual. I forgot to write my name where LEO signs off,box 13. ATF said nothing of the picture
