Hey all,
I wanted to toss this up to help out a great cause, Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). My wife (an USAF and OIF Vet) is heading up a group donation for WWP under "IRunForVets" (1st link) as well as a Virtual Run For Vets (2nd link). The Virtual run is like an organized 5k, but you run your own distance on your schedule and you receive a medal. Proceeds from the Virtual run will be donated to WWP through the IRunForVets group at the end of July. You may ask what's in it for her; my wife is a community athlete for WWP and will receive a WWP jersey to wear and represent WWP at area (COS) running races if the goal is met.
If you don't feel comfortable donating through one of her venues but still want to help WWP you can use the third link below.
