Moving to Spring Valley Ranch??

Morning All,
Wife and I found a place we really like at Spring Valley Ranch in Elbert County. Anyone here familiar with the area? Looks like it would be a great place to live.

I have a buddy who's family owns lot of property in Elizabeth. It seems like a nice place!

Seems like we've got a member that lives in there currently, and I currently live 3 more miles east, but will soon be S. of Elizabeth. My boss golfs the league there, along with most of the tourneys. I hear the food is pretty good at the club house, but I have yet to eat there.

ColoWyo lives in SVR, I live south on CR13 about 5 miles from there. Once you get out here give me a shout and we can go out to Ben Lomand and do some shooting. If you have any questions just ask and I will give you my honest opinion.

Thanks for the replies. I signed the paperwork and put down some money today. They should break ground on the house in a few weeks.
