Just wanted to share an experience with the forum.

I bought a used ADM Recon off the other AR site, got a good deal and mounted it up and got stupid and stripped a thread. I really didn't think I cranked on it but I stripped it. Totally my fault. I emailed ADM asking the best way to fix it, they said to send it in. Well, it was my fault so I tapped the hole and used the next size up set screw, not cool but it worked. I got a follow up email from Jeremy at ADM asking about the mount and I told him not to worry about it, I tapped the hole, and he said send it in anyway. I did and today, 10 days later I got a brand spanking new ADM Recon mount in the mail. That's a damn good warrantee when a company will replace a mount I jacked up due to my stupidity.

Just wanted to share an extremely positive experience with the forum. I am definately a ADM customer now.

Never heard of them before this thread (got nothing to mount), but by the actions described hear they have earned my respect.

ADM mounts, with my limited experience with a few were good, good prices compared to the other higher end manufactures for the well made product you get. Now that I hear this about their customer service and replacing even after you messed it up. That is damn good, and nice to hear there are some companies that still value good product and developing customer loyalty.

+1 as I've never personally had a need for their customer service (good thing) so this is good to know.

They make a QD mount for the Aimpoint Micro for under $100 (I believe I paid $87 for my last one) and have a wonderful product with great customer service as evidenced by your story.
