When was the last time you had the Best Day Ever!

Got to hang you with my 6 year old nephew this afternoon, we did some guy things, played some video games and did some yard work together. When it was time for him to go home he told my sister in law today was the "best day ever". Kinda put something's in perspective for me, it also had me thinking, when was the last time you had the "best day ever". Hard so say myself, I have the best day ever when I am with my family and thankful I am still relatively healthy.

Exactly one week ago when my daughter was born. We didn't find out gender so I was like a kid waiting for Christmas.

Yep, the day my daughter was born just about 26 years ago. There have been some great days since then but that day will always top them.

Any day that I get to spend with my boy and my wife. I don't care what we're doing or where we are as long as I'm with them.

I remember when the eldest was born, we had been at the hospital all night so after he was born I ran home to feed the dogs and such.
When I came back my wife was walking down the hall to feed the kiddo.
Seeing her from a distance I realized I had the most beautiful wife in the world. She literally had a glow about her.
Best day ever.

For me yes. Nothing like bad side effects from meds I get to take for the rest of my life.

Oh and my best day ever was June 15th-16th 2013 when I got the call that a liver came available and I got my transplant. Since then I have the best day ever everyday they are just a little less then the 16th.
