Either house for rent, or condo/duplex or apartment in N E Denver area. Would really like at least (1) car garage, (2) car would be better.

If you, or someone you know has a place for rent that fits this description, you seriously cannot find a better tenant. I will take care of it as if I were the homeowner. Never late with rent, will do minor maintenance and yard care if applicable.

Two years ago, I moved out of my home into a condo for six months, when I left that place to come back home again...it looked exactly the way it looked when I moved into it.

I'm hopeful someone in our community here at AR15 knows of a place, I don't need it immediately. I'm figuring about late summer/ fall..just putting out the message now. Looking to keep the monthly requirement around $1300 max if possible.

Thank you very much gentlemen.

How many beds/baths? Any kids/pets? How long of a lease are you looking for? Smoker?

It's just me, no kids, and I think I have to take a couple of cats with me. Yes I smoke, but I don't smoke indoors...I'm wanting/trying to quit actually.

2 bed with one full bath would be cool, I'll go yearly on contracts.

ETA...if a house, it would be awesome to have space for a 9 ft pool table, I know that's pipe dreamy, just sayin'.

How far North and how soon could you move? 2 car garage, yes, pool table, no way. Unless you put it into the garage.

Stapleton area / Park Hill. How much further north are ya thinkin?...might work out good.

Looking to move late summer/ early fall, Irving. Going through divorce and selling our home, but we have to get rid of stuff, and fix some stuff up here first before I can move forward with my life. At least how things stand now anyways. Thank you, guys.

I was thinking more like 92nd and Washington, just off I-25. But the house will be available, and likely rented by next week.

Damn.... I grew up in that area.

Thanks Irving, something else will come up in the time frame I need. I hope the renters will treat it as well as I would have.

I've thought more than once, if I find a great place, to maybe offer some cash per month to hold it for me until I can move....dunno if anyone would do that though.

It'd be tough to do that unless it was the full rent amount as the rental market is so hot right now, not to mention that the owner still has to pay the mortgage as well. Good luck with that. The house we've got is small (you sound familiar with the area), but it is available. Other renters bailed mid lease and moved back to Arizona. They were nice about it and left everything in relatively good shape at least.

How small of a place and what's neighborhood like?

Well, if I have to bite a mortgage and a rent at the same time, I can do that, just don't want to. I already did that for a six month stint, and it cost me about $8,000.

I'm hopeful stuff is gonna work out for me alright.

I wish I could get into the rental property business. Folks at work talk about how awesome the demand for rentals are now.

I have a place. 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, yard and street parking. On the corner of 2nd and Knox ct. Duplex but the neighbors couldn't be better.

Thank you DOC, I appreciate it.

That would be a bit too far west for me.

I've got a car that I really need to have garaged.

Just wanted to say thanks to those that offered up places........I would have preferred doing business with board members first.

Is that a rental, or is it for sale maybe?

I'm looking to buy now.... if so, is there a listing number?

Thanks.

You don't want to be parking that hot rod of yours any where near 10th & steele. Before you jump in to an over priced house, rent an over priced house.YMMV.

Then again i'm a strong opponent of the denver metro area.
