Interesting concept
I shortened the paracord and it sits the pistol right where I want it today I moved the whole garden into the garage and the gun didn't move an inch

Raven Concealment offers something very similar... also a different option that has a snap included but only for limited firearms are this point: http://rcsgear.com/
Idiot needs to keep his finger off the trigger every time he picks up one of those guns off the table.. Uggh.

I have the RCS Vanguard 2 for my Glock 23 and 27 and I like it quite a bit. I would recommend at least taking a look at it. It's appears to be a more solid build than the MIC and, as MightiestMouse mentioned, has a belt loop with a snap attached to it to secure it. But, if you prefer, the loop can be removed and it can be used like the MIC - with the lanyard. I love mine.

I like it better than I thought I would. I wear it at about 3:30 - 4:00. When I ordered it, I thought that it would slide around a lot and be kind of loose, but that's not the case. My weapon stays exactly where I put it and doesn't move at all and its wide enough and made of a material that it doesn't seem to mar my belt. I figured that if I ever did try using the lanyard, I would probably replace it with a short section of paracord, though.

These look like very interesting IWB options. I've always avoided IWB due to the holsters' thickness, but these are no thicker than the pistol. Curious though, how is the lanyard messing up your belt?
