That time again. [Flower] Sad that this will be the last time for Jim singing "Back home again in Indiana"

Will be watching but just to kill time before the Coke 600

At least Jim was healthy enough to be able to perform this year.

It will also be nice to watch without repeatedly hearing about how Danica Patrick is doing. Will be interesting to see how Kurt Busch does in an open wheel car.

Great day of racing. Started with the Monaco GP, then Indy 500 and finishing with Charlotte 600.

I've got the car that starts on pole position 5 for the work pool. Is that one good?

Same here. Only reason I'm watching the middle race us to see his Kurt Busch is doing

The Indy 500. Isn't that where all those people drive those souped up cars in a big boring circle for hours at a time and get interrupted with a moment of real excitement when there is a crash?

I've never been a race fan; no more than I'm a sports fan.

Good race. Hunter-Reay wins. Busch made a respectable showing.

the coverage demonstrates what the broadcasters want--the human "drama" of the race--final 3 laps nearly exclusively split screen watching two bimbos watching the race--not even watching the actual race, but the race on TV--50' from the track. It's same same crap that's led to a 3 hour kentucky derby pre-race and the same contrived "drama" that follows gymnastics and figure skating in the olympics

I'm glad someone said something about horse racing. What a bunch of bullshit, NBC or whatever dumb station currently has the rights acting like America cares so much about a horse getting the triple crown. Boggles my damned mind. A previous client routinely sank $500,000 per year of his wife's money into his little horse racing hobby (he owned race horses that once in awhile won some minor race, recouping ohhhh 5% of his investment).

Now this is racing :D

I wish I could have started my day with Monaco. Moto GP is another great form of motorsport.

We have some time to go before the 600.

they replayed it right after it was over on NBC Sports Network. There was some decent action for 2nd all the way to the checkered flag. Rossberg didn't have any competition at the end.

i never thought i'd root for Kurt Busch, but it's clear he and his brother can both wheel it. When Kurt was in the Furniture Row car last year that was a clear demonstration of his skill--(and a demonstration of Truex's, too)

+1

Got better things to do than watch 3 hours of advertisements. Y'all have fun though.

There are other races besides F1 Formula? Thought that was the only one that counts: best cars, have to turn to left and right (sorry Indy), 4000 gear shifts per car/race, limited fuel, etc.

Yeah, Monaco was predictable. Good run between Roseberg and Hamilton.
I am starting to miss the N/A engine. ERS (MGU k/h) with fuel limitations getting little boring. Still beats NASCAR or Indy.

Right on! Go Rossi! ...although I realize Marquez is alien fast.

Marquez is.... ridiculous. It's cool because we're probably seeing a legend in the making.

Good finish to the NASCAR race...thought Gordon had them beat until that last caution came out. Good to see Jimmy Johnson get his 1st win of the year.

Yes there are! I saw coverage of the Best in the Desert Series on MavTV. I don't even care which race it was I just love those trophy trucks!
