Zeiss Victory Diavari

I pulled out my 300 Win mag and took look through the scope. The #60 reticle has crosshairs they are thick, then turn thin toward the bullseye. There are no hash marks to calculate manual range finding like on my other scopes. I've read the manual and come away with nothing. Zeiss won't change out the reticle on this model so i'm stuck using a handheld rangefinder.
Anyone have any experience with this scope and reticle?
