13 years boy shot his 9 years old brother in Co Springs. I'm just speachless.... how comes he had access to the guns at the first place?! where're we going with all this....

ETA was watching 31 fox news and I think they said CoSprings.... well anyway,whereever it's happaned it's still shocking...

if so, how did the kids even get access to this?

bullshit like this causes problems for good law abiding people.

I am sympathetic toward the family for their loss, but I want to know what was going on before the tragedy happened.

After banning guns in the U.K., they have seen a huge increase in violent acts with big "butcher" style knives. THe U.K. is actually toying with the idea of banning those now.
