Sitting in doc's office waiting for the wife and watching a land spout tornado heading directly towards our home. Still about 10 miles away and plenty of time to veer different direction but has been on the ground for almost 10 minutes. :eek:

From radar, looks like probably dissipated a couple miles northwest of us.
Have left messages for of neighbors to make sure theh are safe and to check for any damage.
Will find out in couple hours when get home.

I've had my ham radio on my desk for hours and heard nothing. Moved it over a few inches and got reception. Doh.

Spoke with a neighbor, twisty did not reach us. Light wind damage to some trees, some hail but not large enough for damage.

I watched that twister as it was happening on tv. Crazy how long it stayed on the ground! I'm really glad you didn't sustain any damage. That had to be freakin' stressful for you. Holler if you need anything.
