23 years ago today, a provision that was slipped into the Firearms Owners Protection Act banned the transfer of new machine guns to civilians.

I was born too late, I was <1 year old when this happened.

Anyone here own something FA?

I'd save up for a Mac, but since I have a small family now, that money really needs to go toward getting us a house. There are people here with the cool stuff, I'm just not one of them. :(

A friend of mine has a legal M2 Carbine, that is on a form 4. Lucky bastard got it in an inheritance. I've shot it several times, its a blast.

Haven't seen hide nor hare of him in 5 years though.
