This would be another good illustration of why "party trumps person" is the truth. If the republicans controlled the senate this would never get past a committee...if it even got to committee.

Typical of her... It's all about scary guns, when half the victims in Isla Vista were stabbed, or hit with his car.

So we'll leave the dangerous guy out on the streets, after we acknowledge he's a danger to others? [facepalm]

This was my thought... If the person is too dangerous to possess a gun, what makes you think they won't find another tool to kill with? Plus this legislation won't work, aside from the fact that not every state has firearm registration... :/
