I've got a couple things I want someone to take a peak at to give me some general advice. When they roughed in our bathroom in the basement they put them in a weird spot. Not to make 2 bathrooms work in the basement I need to know what needs to be done to get a 2nd rough-in nearby. In other words, I will likely share a wall with the sinks I thunder mugs but need to know how to go about accomplishing this before I start framing & such. Also, when we built the house we wanted a few NG stub-outs even though they weren't going to be in use. Mostly for resale or future flexibility. I had them stub-out at the range in the kitchen as well out the back on the patio for a grill. There were a couple of others too but for this conversation these are the only ones that are important. They split off of the supply to the HVAC unit, went into a reducer and then ran about a 20' run that T's out to the patio (15' or so) and then continues to the range in the kitchen. My issue is that for the longest I couldn't figure out why my grill wasn't able to get up to temp. Did some research and it seems like this grill's NG conversion is designed for an unregulated amount of NG and it's getting probably half of what it's designed for which makes sense since my temps are about half of what I would like them to be even full tilt on the knobs. I've got about 200' of Gastite, fittings, tools and all sorts of hardware for the job. I've got limited experience doing various plumbing things but consider myself pretty resourceful but lack the experience of a pro. What I'm hoping to find is someone who will be in the area (NW Loveland) that wouldn't mind stopping by for a few minutes to take a peak and what I"m talking about and give me some advice. I'm rather particular about who I let in my house or even know where I live so that's why I'm posting here as I trust the 'type' of people who are on this forum and I've had great luck with y'all over the years. If you know someone you trust or are that someone you trust that would be willing to help me out please post or PM me for further details. I'd be willing to crack open a couple of cold ones or even mix up Moscow Mules (in the copper mug of course) to celebrate the occasion. [Flower]

Thanks for the help!
