So, I am going to be at a little event called "Rollin' with the Troops" in Lakewood this afternoon.

Thanks! I read this and we left to go check it out. We got there early enough that we beat the rain. Going saved my car from the golf ball sized hail that we had at home. My wife's rental car and probably her car that is in the shop near us didn't fare too well.

I didn't have time to post up that we were coming before we left. I take it you were part of the event?

I took a vehicle down there to display. Belongs to somebody else but it was cool that I got to drive it.

They had some tables set up with firearms and gear from WWII to the present day. It was kind of cool to see how much the people who stopped by were interested in learning about the history of the stuff. Especially the younger generation.

My kids loved the weapons and equipment display.

drove by, didn't have time to stop. :( Looked like a good display of vehicles though.
