For random stuff I don't care about long term.
Google + which used to be Picasa think.
This for stuff I care about, want to organize and be able to find easily in the future. Mostly family pics.
-images that matter: back page on my own website.
-images that don't really matter: photobucket.
For any images that you care about (your children, family images, photos you don't want lifted and used as public domain by entities all over creation), read the fine print on the hosting site, -some sites claim all kinds of liberty with the images they host and act as portals that supply content to other image sources.
Photobucket has a decent mobile app, I use it for stuff on forums.
I only use Flickr because it has 1TB for free. I have my "portfolio" profile and a family profile which is locked down and used like a cloud drive. But the app isn't great, and using it to post to forums is less than ideal.

Same. Haven't uploaded anything to my Photobucket account in over a year.

Imgur. I don't host or have hosted any digital information that actually matters. I keep it secure at home and off the network.
