Herters .45acp cases

Anyone ever had issues with herters brass? I was loading up a couple batches of ammo, and had issues trying to seat the primer. At first I figured I had a small primer case mixed in with the large. It appears that the herters cases are large primer, but the primer hole is a little smaller than other cases. It's visible on the factory fired rounds, and definitely visible after loading a new primer.

The fired factory loaded herters look like I picture flattened primers resulting from overpressure.
