She just asked me to show her how to clean the glock. She's excited about getting to shoot the AR next time!

Last summer after a dad/daughter range trip, the oldest grandson informed his mom she had to cleans guns cause grandpa bought the ammo and that's the deal. They both got kinda offended when I told her she could just put the glocks in the dishwasher.

Daughter accused me of being chauvinist and grandson accused me of letting mom off easy on cleaning. :D

Yeah I was unsure what was going on there. OP it's great that she is out shooting but don't allow the bad habits to start no matter how new she is to shooting! Wish my wife were into shooting!

Great job Pops! Looks like she has a good form and safety habits from the picture shown. Dads are good instructors, guns can intimidating to youngsters.

Teach your kids before it's too late!

The most important thing she learned was RESPECT. Just like I taught her when driving. When you don't respect it someone gets hurt!

Awesome possum!! [HiFive]

I cant wait to take my boys off shooting. My oldest is ready to experience it and he keeps bugging me about it. Just need to find a good private quiet place to do it.

Where was that at? Since you are in Broomfield is that at the "Go Shoot" place?
