Need motorcycle seat vinyl and foam

I'm building a middle seat for my RZR so my son can ride along with the wife.
I'm curious if anyone here knows where to buy marine grade vinyl. Prefer black or silver.

i also need to buy the foam. Probably needs to be 3-4" thick. And at most about 12" wide.

or the other option is to find an old motorcycle seat or atv seat and I'll pull the material I need from that.

need it kind of quick as I'm riding on Thursday and want to have this project finished

Well western was closed Sunday and my sister was at Joann fabric which happened to have a huge sale so I got 3 up inch foam and marine grade black vinyl for half off. Seat should be done for under $30 instead of the 200 they wanted for a factory seat.
