Big shout out the Glendale PD[Beer].
As every year I took my wife to the Greek Festival.
In past years they used to have a "no weapons" sign up at the entrance.
Not so this year, so, after reviewing the "hose rules" posted, I asked a Glendale captain if permit holders were allowed to carry in there.
After pointing out how 2nd amendment friendly Glendale is, he suggested I keep it holstered, whether OC or concealed, and, if necessary, aim carefully.
NICE![Coffee]

Awesome! Crazy that Glendale is so 2a friendly being right in the middle of Denver.

The mayor had a resolution passed during the gun law debates, to not enforce the mag or any potential assault weapons ban.

Definitely good to hear!
We went again yesterday. Great weather and fun watching the dancing. Glendale PD didn't have an MRAP on display but they did seem pretty proud of their Can-Am Spyder.
Did you check out the Jesus Planetarium [Coffee]
Last year during the Magpul mag drop at the rugby field there the Police Chief showed up and was talking to people in line. Seemed genuinely pro 2A.

Very nice...
Glendale is the unofficial "Libertarian Capital" of Colorado. Their mayor, Mike Dunafon is running for governor, and I had the pleasure of meeting him at both the Magpul event and outside the Evergreen Rodeo a couple weeks ago. He's a nice guy, loves guns, and states that the 2nd Amendment is the most important as it ensures that we can protect the entirety of that sacred document. Glendale is a wonderful city, surrounded by liberalism. I actually wouldn't mind living there.

These are all things I didn't know. Glad to hear that Glendale is pro 2A!
