So I reloaded some .30 carbine rounds for my Auto ordnance M1 carbine. Well they run good, but all of a sudden the bolt will not go fully into battery. I drop the mag, lock back the bolt and notice very thin brass rings jammed in the chamber. The load is:

13.5 GR of IMR 4227
Primer Winchester small rifle
bullet 110gr sp
OAL 1.685"
Brass is a mix of PPU and Augila
And a light taper crimp
Full length re-size
all trimmed to length

Cheap brass maybe?

Do you have a case gauge?

Neither Privi or Aquila are cheap brass. Outside of having a case gauge. Pull your Bolt assy and see how the reloads chamber .

Brass Rings ?? Was the brass originally crimped and now the metal has worked & it's separating??

Yes, there are brass shavings like little thin rings of the case mouth that are jammed into the chamber. No I don't have a case gauge. The rounds chamber fine till I get a little brass ring from the case mouth jammed in the throat. Is it possible the camber is out of spec? I will run some factory ammo through it and see if it does it with the factory ammo.

That's usually an over crimp issue. You might try backing off the crimp just a tad. Also if you did not trim your case just a bit. It could be thin from previous crimp.

If you're not using and or have access to a case gauge, you should be checking using the chamber of your carbine. Thinking the brass is sized correctly and knowing can be 2 different things.

Like this one. I trim them all to length with this
