View Full Version : Heads Up!! Mountain House 10-meal Boxes at CostCo for $30..normal is $45
Best if used by February 2020
Git sum!!!!
I see these individual meal packs at REI for $6 or $7 each, this is a BIG savings.
Thanks for the intel
Costco Parker had them as 2019
Picked up four boxes.
They had coppertop AA at a pretty decent price of .32/ea. Best deal I found on ebay lately has been .30/ea for AA and AAA in 100ct. bulk. I've been buying the commercial Procell versions too when available.

The one in Westminster also has some sitting out as of an hour ago. Even if I throw away the lasagna it was still a decent deal.
Speaking of which, anybody want to trade, well, any of the other flavors for my lasagna?

The Costco on Quincy carries Mountain House variety packs regularly. It's basically their main Colorado location and usually serves as a test location. If they carry it regularly at that location, it's a good bet the others will follow. Here's hoping.
PS - if you see a little asterisk (*) in the top corner of the Costco price tag that means they won't be re-ordering that item once the stock is gone. So if you see a good deal and think "Oh, I'll come back and get it next time" check the tag to make sure it doesn't have an asterisk. If it does, you may want to buy sooner rather than later.

Thank you - I did not know that.

Is the lasagna that bad?
I've tried Wise and thought MRE's were much better. I just tried the Stroganoff and with enough salt, pepper and hot sauce, and a little extra soak time, it wasn't so bad.

I guess it's edible. Just not a fan.
