View Full Version : EPA Out of Control...now wants to garnish wages without court order
And the hits just keep coming; the EPA is on a rampage! Not Good!

I am trying to think of a case where people with wages would be subject to the EPA. Farmers & sole proprietorships may be considered under 'wages' but it is probably better to say income.
Or is the EPA going to start enforcement against random urban families for such crimes as scraping lead paint?

Or a shooter using lead bullets on public land...
I'd say to go take a dump in their hallways to protest, but their own employees are already doing that.
BTW, when did it become a federal offense to build a pond?
When it interacted with a waterway.
When it interacted with a waterway.
After redefining, "waterway."

Indeed, the storm gutter in the street is now a waterway. The rain gutter around your roof may be one.

My first thought was of employees of hazardous material handling or removal businesses.

I think in those cases the EPA goes after the business; the employee is shielded. The business can then go after the employee in cases of negligence but I don't think the EPA would directly. If they do, good luck finding workers for such jobs.

Its been 25 years since I did any asbestos removals. We were always told that they only go after the business entity. But I found at least two instances back then where they fined individual management personnel, in one case it was down to the crew leaders. Both cases were of people deliberately violating regulations.

So I had a gentleman this afternoon who left his bags on the yellow strip. Per RTD policy that is a nono. I go to contact him at the request of a rail supervisor and he starts to throw attitude. He flashes an EPA inspectors cred like that is supposed to mean something. Our DPD officer shows up and this guy gets in his face. Dude almost got his butt whooped. They think they're something special.
Should have said, "Oh sorry, I didn't realize..." Then thrown his bag onto the tracks.

I wish. That was the opposite of what I wanted to do.
EPA back off on new rule - for now.

Just like they backed off on the Bundy ranch.
They'll be back, they're just probing for the trigger so they can set the American military against the citizens.
I wonder if we're getting a preview to how things were in China and the USSR, just before the millions of executions took place during the Cultural Revolution and Purges.
