I wonder what kind of patterning it gets? I assume you can't change choke tubes. Wonder what keeps the plastic cup from staying in the suppressor? Just seems like the shot cup would want to open when it quickly decelerates?

Aren't all the shotgun suppressor designs integrated designs? Then you don't have to worry about the shot cup, spread, or chokes. The pressure/gasses are just ported into the can as the shot travels down the barrel.

According to this tech video, there are longitudinal rods inside the suppressor that hold the shot cup in shape as it passes through the baffles.
