Auto body/mechanics question: am I losing my bumper???

2002 Honda Odyssey. The bottom 'skirt' thing underneath the front is 'hanging down' and the passenger side bumper looks like in the pics.

Is this an easy fix? Do those tabs just get pushed back into the slots? Is my bumper finished? HELP????

Wife says she has no idea what happened...

I think it would just pop back in. My guess is she went too far over a curb/cement and pulled it out. Try popping it back in. Probably just some plastic tabs those holes fit. Maybe a screw or two got ripped out. Crawl under with a flashlight and have a look

It's not a Ford or Lincoln, do your certs allow other than opinions?

I'd buy new click tabs, those black plastic things sold (always) with 1 or 2 less than needed.

Thanks, I'll try to take a look tomorrow. How do I know if the clicktabs are there or not, or broken? I'm kinda limited physically right now, with what I can do/mobility/hand use, etc... I'll see what I can find and report back.
