Having sat on a case like this I will say that even if he is 100% innocent it will cost him dearly.
Will who? I've seen the wheels of the US legal turn in many circumstances, some with people attempting to ruin another by false accusations.
As a friend says, don't confuse the US legal system with one that exacts justice.
Hmmm, a disgruntled ex that wants to tarnish him, get money out of him etc....never.

'Sons of Guns' star Will Hayden arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping minor
“Sons of Guns” star Will Hayden has been arrested again, this time for aggravated rape, according to documents sent to FOX411 by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Hayden is accused of raping a minor “almost daily” since March 2013 and taking her virginity when she was 11 years old. TMZ reports (http://www.tmz.com/2014/08/26/sons-of-guns-will-hayden-arrested-child-rape-charge-investigation/) the girl is Hayden’s daughter.
During an interview with detectives, the alleged victim said she did not report the sexual abuse because she was afraid Hayden would hurt her. The most recent abuse of the now-12-year-old girl occurred during July 2014, according to the documents.
According to police documents, the alleged victim claims that Hayden told her “don’t tell them nothing because I’m all you got.”
Hayden was booked on Wednesday and his bail is set at $250,000. There was a warrant out for Hayden’s arrest, and The Times-Picayune (http://www.nola.com/crime/baton-rouge/index.ssf/2014/08/sons_of_guns_star_arrested_aga.html) reports he was apprehended in Livingston as a fugitive from East Baton Rouge.
Discovery Channel’s reality show “Sons of Guns” follows Hayden and his Red Jacket Firearms company, which buys, sells, designs and rebuilds firearms.
The company distanced itself from the reality star on Tuesday, posting a statement on its website.
“Red Jacket Firearms LLC has initiated and received full legal separation as an entity, from William M. Hayden,” the statement read. “With heavy hearts, we will be continuing to operate and ensure the fulfillment of new customer orders, back orders and to provide support to those affected by these new developments.”
Earlier this month, on Aug. 9, Hayden was arrested for molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature. He posted his $150,000 bond and was released. At the time, his lawyer told FOX411 (http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2014/08/11/sons-guns-star-will-hayden-accused-child-molestation/) the charges were stemmed from a conflict with a fired ex-employee who was seeking revenge.
His lawyer did not respond immediately to a separate request for comment on Wednesday.

OK Im going to break my silence on all the stuff that’s been happening. This will be my FINAL comments on it.
Also be prepared, I don’t have to watch what I say anymore because of a TV show.
First off Im going to go with innocent till proven guilty because that is the law of the land BUT there is a ton of evidence out there. Im privy to a little more info than most of yall are and I can tell you its fucked up. Like I don’t even want to know what I know fucked up.

I have a lot of respect for Glen Flemming. He is a straight shooter. Seems like Will was using his domineering personality to try and control the situation. It looks like that is all coming apart now.

But one thing that most of us here (especially the harsher critics) fail to realize is just how much Sons of Guns did to "normalize" the gun culture within the greater culture. And the damage done by Will's pedophilia will likely set back gun rights in general a bit because the only way we're going to get rid of the gun grabbers once and for all is to get more non-political Americans to own and shoot guns (this is "normalization").
The show was a typical reality show (as in not too realistic) and the cast weren't typical TV pretty people, and there are legitimate criticisms from the gun culture toward the show but we need to heed the words of Andrew Breitbart when he said "Politics is down stream from culture."
We need stupid shows like this (and even American Boobies-er-Guns) to get our collective foot in the door of the greater culture and start winning hearts and minds to our side. No, not every gun related reality show can be Top Shot Season 5, but the more shows there are out there showing gun owners and shooters as decent, normal people the better off we will be in the fights in Denver and DC.

Personally, I enjoyed the show from the standpoint of fabrication and seeing things that I normally wouldn't know anything about. That being said, I hate drama, bad management, poor leadership, and UNSAFE behavior, which the show had in spades.

Hayden is already accused of sexually abusing his 12-year-old daughter and yesterday it was revealed that another of his daughters is now claiming that she too was sexually abused as a child by her father and is set to provide information to law enforcement to aid in his prosecution.
Deputies said the new accuser was 12 at the time of alleged attack, which happened while she was staying with Hayden and his family after her family was displaced by a house fire.
